Jaguar Land Rover Trade Panel Mystery Break Competition Terms
The Promoter is Motorcorp Distributors Limited.
Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these and any other applicable terms and conditions.
The competition commences on 1 January 2026 and ends at close of business 31 March 2026 (Promotion Period).
If you are a Qualifying Customer who makes an Eligible Purchase (as those terms are defined below), you will receive, free of charge, one or more entries into the prize draw to win a prize, as detailed below.
An eligible purchase means one or more purchases that satisfy all the following (an Eligible Purchase):
Is of genuine Jaguar or Land Rover parts from an authorised Jaguar Land Rover retailer in New Zealand during the Promotion Period;
Has been invoiced for in full during the Promotion Period; and
Contributes to the customer reaching a cumulative spend of at least NZ$2,000 (GST inclusive) (Qualifying Spend) during the Promotion Period.
Entry spend is cumulative across the Promotion Period. Customers will receive one entry for every NZ$2,000 (GST incl.) of cumulative Qualifying Spend on Eligible Purchases. Examples:
$4,000 cumulative equals 2 entries;
$2,500 cumulative equals 1 entry;
$1,800 cumulative equals 0 entries.
Any returns, credits, or reversed transactions will reduce the customer’s cumulative Qualifying Spend of the Eligible Purchase.
To be eligible to enter into this competition and to win a prize, the participating customer must:
Be a trade panel customer of an authorised Jaguar Land Rover retailer (retailer customers are not eligible customers);
Have an active trade account which is in good standing;
Have made an Eligible Purchase; and
Consent to the Promoter using their name and image for publicity and promotional purposes.
The winners will be drawn by the Promoter or its agent by 30 April 2026, by random electronic selection from all entries received. The first three eligible winners drawn will each win a Deluxe Air New Zealand Mystery Break valued at $1,718 (Prize).
The Prize is for two people and includes:
Return Seat plus Bag flights on Air New Zealand;
Two nights’ accommodation rated 4 to 4.5 star;
Breakfast included; and
Avis rental car for the duration of the stay. The minimum age for driving rental vehicles is 21 years.
The Prize must be taken over a Friday to Sunday period. Travel insurance, spending money and other meals are not included. Airline travel, car hire and accommodation are subject to the relevant supplier’s standard terms and conditions. Destinations are allocated by Air New Zealand in accordance with Mystery Break conditions. Travel dates are subject to availability. The winner must provide a credit card to access Avis and hotel bookings. Other terms apply as outlined in Air New Zealand Mystery Breaks – The Exciting Way to Travel.
This competition is not open to employees of the Promoter, authorised Jaguar Land Rover retailers, or their immediate family members.
Winners will be notified within 10 business days of the prize draw occurring, directly by their authorised Jaguar Land Rover retailer, to arrange delivery of the Prize. If the customer cannot be contacted within 10 business days of the prize draw occurring, the Promoter may conduct a further prize draw using the same eligibility criteria to select a new winner.
Prizes are not transferable or negotiable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded:
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any nature incurred or suffered by any prize winner, including direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence, arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this competition or with winning any Prize; and
The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss suffered if a Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control and may provide a substitute prize.
The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this competition, including eligibility, is final.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend the competition or otherwise amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any amended or updated terms will be published on the Promoter’s website or made available from authorised Jaguar Land Rover retailers.
Personal information may be used to conduct this competition and for future promotional purposes. By entering the competition, entrants consent to the use of their personal information in this manner.
