Smarter vehicle inspections
We want you to be confident in the quality of the vehicle service you receive with Giltrap. We take great care to ensure that your next service is as transparent as possible, and provides you with a clear and full understanding of what work or repairs are needed for your car. After your cars inspection you'll be provided with photos and videos of all the parts of your vehicle that require attention, as well as a the price to complete said repairs.

Transparency each step of the way
Review and approve a detailed report outlining required work, complete with photos and videos of the recommended repairs found during the inspection. Confirm visually things such as brake pad wear, damaged components and tire condition. So, you can be confident in your understanding of the required work before making a decision.
Your Service, Your call
With any recommended repairs you'll also receive an estimate of costs of repairs and parts. Giving you the flexibility to accept or decline the suggested repairs and their associated costs. No repairs will be carried out without your approval.
