World Endurance Championship heads to Interlagos - Motosport Preview
This weekend in motorsport: the World Endurance Championship returns for the first time since Le Mans, IndyCar hits the speedway, and NASCAR Xfinity heads to the 'Tricky Triangle'. The world’s fastest endurance series heads to Brazil this weekend for the 6 Hours of Sau Paulo, on the iconic Interlagos circuit.
Earl Bamber and teammate Alex Lynn will be looking to finally convert the rapid pace that their Cadillac has shown at points throughout the year to a strong result in the race. While fresh from their Le Mans heartbreak, Brendon Hartley’s #8 Toyota Gazoo Racing crew will be pushing for redemption this weekend in Brazil.

IndyCar
It’s an IndyCar double-header this weekend, and a fantastic opportunity for Scott Dixon to get his Championship challenge back on track.
The six-time Champion was a victim of the new hybrid powertrain’s teething issues, with his car cutting-out on the formation lap last weekend in Mid-Ohio. The eventual DNF left him fourth in the standings, 71-points behind leader Alex Palou.

Callum Hedge had his best outing in the INDYCAR feeder series last weekend in Mid-Ohio with a P4 finish.
This weekend will be the first time that Indy NXT races on a speedway this year, providing a new challenge for the 20-year-old who is still hunting for his maiden win in the series.

SVG has struggled find his groove on the Superspeedways this year, and the unique triangular shape of Pocono Raceway will add another layer of challenge for the 3-time Xfinity race winner.
