Promoter

The promoter is Giltrap Group Limited trading as Giltrap GMSV.

Promotional Period

The offer is available on eligible vehicle purchases completed between 1 November 2025 and 31 January 2026, unless withdrawn earlier due to allocation limits.

Eligibility

The offer is available to customers who purchase an eligible new Chevrolet Corvette from Giltrap GMSV during the promotional period.

Only one Experience Pack is available per eligible vehicle purchase.

Eligible Vehicles

Eligible vehicles include selected new Chevrolet Corvette models as determined by Giltrap GMSV. Vehicle eligibility is subject to availability and confirmation at the time of purchase.

Offer Details

Eligible purchasers will receive the Corvette Bathurst 12 Hour Experience Pack, which includes hospitality, accommodation, access experiences, and owner merchandise as outlined in the campaign material.

Event Details

The Bathurst 12 Hour event takes place from 13 to 15 February 2026 at Mount Panorama Circuit, Bathurst NSW.

Accommodation is provided for three nights from 13 February to 16 February 2026.

Hospitality and Access

Hospitality access is provided for the purchaser and one guest.

All event access is subject to venue rules, safety requirements, and organiser availability.

Corvette Z06 Track Experience

The Corvette Z06 Bathurst Track Experience is available only to purchasers of eligible Corvette Z06 vehicles.

This experience is limited to the purchaser only and is subject to driver eligibility, safety briefings, and any conditions imposed by the event organiser.

Failure to meet participation requirements may result in forfeiture of this component without compensation.

Travel and Expenses

Flights, transfers, meals outside of the stated hospitality inclusions, insurance, and incidental expenses are not included unless expressly stated.

Non-Transferable

The Experience Pack is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for an alternative offer or discount.

Changes and Cancellations

Giltrap GMSV reserves the right to amend, substitute, or cancel any part of the Experience Pack due to circumstances beyond its control, including changes to the event schedule, availability, or force majeure events.

Liability

Participation in event activities is at the purchaser’s own risk.

Giltrap GMSV is not responsible for loss, damage, injury, or delay arising from attendance at the event, except where required by New Zealand law.

Privacy

Personal information will be collected and used for the purpose of administering the offer and in accordance with Giltrap Group’s privacy policy.
