  1. Promotion Overview

    • Customers who book and complete a vehicle service between 25 November 2025 and 15 January 2026 will go into the draw to win a service, up to a maximum value of $1,000 and vehicle accessories to the maximum value of $1,000.

  2. Eligibility

    • The promotion is open to all retail customers who book and complete their service between 25 November 2025 and 15 January 2026 at a Giltrap Group Dealership or Service Centre.

    • Customers on pre-paid service plans are also eligible to enter.

    • Fleet, commercial, and wholesale customers are excluded from this promotion.

  3. Entry Requirements

    • To be eligible, the service must be booked for and completed within the promotional period.

    • The customer must provide accurate and complete contact details at the time of booking or service.

    • One entry per vehicle serviced during the promotional period.

  4. Prize Details

    • One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

    • The winner will be given a service voucher to the value of $1,000 and a vehicle accessories voucher to the maximum value of $1,000 including GST.

    • If the value of the service or accessories is less than $1,000, the exact value paid (or pre-paid value used) will be reimbursed.

    • The reimbursement applies to the scheduled service and genuine accessories only. Any additional repairs, diagnostics, or non-scheduled work are excluded from the prize.

    • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

  5. Winner Notification

    • The winner will be drawn and notified by 20 January 2026 via the contact details provided.

    • If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the prize may be redrawn.

  6. General Conditions

    • By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

    • Giltrap Group reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these terms and conditions.
